Kjærgaard Paprør manufactures products that contributes to a better environment, as the reuse cycle of cardboard tubes is significantly better than alternative solutions based on metal or plastic.

We strive to maintain our reputation as a company that cares about the environment and thus support fight against global warming and climate change.

We are currently embarking on the development of our own environmental management system based on a clear environmental policy and guidelines with concrete objectives and strategies.

In our mindset environmental management is about “optimizing” any negative impact on the environment from all our operating activities, and to foster and develop an attractive and dynamic working environment for all our employees.

In 2018, Kjærgaard Paprør invested significant funds and implemented an innovative and comprehensive heat pump solution across the company, including its production facilities, with the purpose of reducing energy consumption. Today, energy consumption has been reduced dramatically and the company is ”best in class” in the industry.
